I am so upset. I saw an ad for siteground and it sounded like a good deal. They seemed reputable, but now I don't think so. Siteground is sneaky. I signed up for a single hosting account to try them out. It was supposed to be 9.99. I looked at my bill and saw that I was charged @21.00. Then I discovered that they do this tricky little thing where they add some sort of domain name protection to the cart automatically. You have to REMOVE it from you cart. I did not see that it had been added, so I didn't see I needed to remove it. When I noticed a few minutes later that I had been billed for this unwanted service - which DOUBLED my bill - they basically told me too bad, I had a chance to remove it from the cart. THEY
REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Needless to say, I won't ever be hosting with Siteground again. Am I the
